While working with Wild Montana, I had the opportunity to work alongside Gnarled Pine Forestry — capturing interviews and documenting the work they do surrounding wildfire mitigation and forest health in Montana. From forestry mulching to fuels reduction, the project highlighted the importance of proactive wildfire prevention and the people working to protect Montana landscapes and communities.
